In particular, the Technical Review Committee is awaiting information in respect to proposed ownership of the complex and the land conveyance. This information is critical in the process of applicable codes and standards selection. Your resubmittal package should clarify these issues. The second set of comment(s) lists recommendations that the Planning and Zoning Department staff believe will enhance the proposed development. The applicant shall understand that all documents and plans submitted for site plan are subject to additional comments. I recommend that the applicant/agent contact me regarding questions related to the comments.
