Scott M111er, City Manager (.,.~ -:J...: ~.t --- ~. .1.7 Chrlstopher Cutro, Planning and Zoning Director FROM: RE: Plaza West Joint Venture - conditional Use The Plaza West Joint Venture represented by Vincent Gallo has requested a conditional use to allow a beauty salon, barber shop, manicurist, tailor or dressmaker to operate at 3452 West Boynton Beach Boulevard, ThlS building was built in County and annexed into City, therefore, staff did not require full site plan review on this site. ThlS request was reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and found to be in compliance with the Clty Codes, except for a dumpster location and bufferlng on on the east side of the property. For that reason, conditions were added to the staff recommendatlon for approval. At it's meeting of June 9, 1992, the Planning and Development Board reviewed this request for conditlonal use and forwarded lt to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval.
