RE: TECHNICAL REVIEW BOARD COMMENTS

VARIANCE REQUEST
In accordance with the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Code of Ordinances,
specifically Chapter 19, Section 19-17, "Plan Required (Site Plan Review Process)",
including Chapter 5, Article X, "Boynton Beach Parking Lot Regulations" inclusive,
the applicant for the above referenced project shall submit the following informa-
tion, technical data and plan revisions:
1. The Engineering Department, for the City of Boynton Beach, favorably recommends
approval of the above referenced variance conditioned upon the following:
a) Wrong way traffic signs shall be placed along the north rights-of-~ay of
N.W. 22nd Avenue, facing in a westerly direction. The signs shall be placed
along the north swale line and also in the median traffic separator.
b) Advisory signage and regulatory signage shall be placed at the western
