With respect to the above, please be advised of the following:
1. The proposed drainage system is not consistent with the
standards contained within Article X, Parking Lots, and
Section 5-B of Article X, Appendix C, Subdivision and
Platting regulations.
2. Provide full lighting details in accordance with the
standards outlined in Article X, Parking Lots.
3. Bay entrances where overhead doors are located conflict with
the location of parking spaces (Section II.K of Appendix A,
Zoning) .
4. A loading area is required consistent with the criteria
outlined in Section II.J of Appendix A, Zoning.

Weaver/Ternenyi Warehouse Building
1. Provide a parking lot lighting plan consistent with the requirements of
Article X, Parking Lot Regulations. This plan shall include location,
fixture types, lamp types, wire size and conduit routing, etc. The plans
shall also include light contours or spot locations in foot candles.
2. Provide parking lot striping detail in conformance with Article X, Appendix
C, Parking Lot Regulations.
3. Provide traffic control devices such as stop signs, directional arrows,
stop bars, etc. Include a stop sign imbedment and mounting height detail.
4. Provide parking lot construction detail showing materials and methodology
that meet minimum City standards.
5. Provide plan with dimensions and elevations as well as intended drainage
flow.
6. Redesign drainage system and locate catch basins in grassy areas to meet
City pre-treatment requirements.
7. Concrete sidewalk along West Industrial Avenue is required. Include 6"
minimum depth through driveways to meet City standards.
8. Raised continuous concrete curbing is required adjacent to all landscaped
areas and a detail must be included in plans submitted. Reference-City
drawing No. A-86030.
9. Handicap ramp (if any) detail is required.
10. Dumpster pad and enclosure detail is required.

1. The hedge along the road R.O.W. must be 36" in height at the
time of planting.
2. The applicant should be aware of any trees to be planted
that may be affected by existing overhead electric lines.
3. The road R.O.W. should be sodded and irrigated.
4. Any existing plants/trees must be relocated on site.
