TO Carmen Annunziato Planning Director DAT~ October 26, 1987 <" __.J 1 . 'ILl: -- FifO" !,UBJI:CT Master Plan Review: Lawrence Lake P,U,D. Don Jaeger Building Department The following comments were generated from the submission relating to a master plan approval for Lawrence Lake P,U.D.: 1. Landscaping for all common areas must be reviewed and approved at the Community Appearance Board. These plans are required to be submitted along with the preliminary plat documents for City review. All common areas and landscaped areas in the right-of-way must be fully sprinkled. 2. Sidewalks are required along both sides of the proposed local access road. 3. All trees are required to be a mlnlmum of eight (8) feet in height at the time of planting, 4. The survey indicates that a conflict in land ownership exists on the subject property, The survey also indicates existing overhead power poles and Florida Power & Light easements on the property, encroaching on proposed lots. These conditions should be resolved prior to preliminary plat submittal. 5. Site plan approval is required for the proposed recreation area. 6, Demolition permits are required for the removal of any structures on the site. tflt~~A~ Don aeger cJ DJ:bh XC: E.
