Walton 140 Royal Palm Way Suite 206 Palm Beach, FL 33480 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Walton: On Tuesday, September 18, 1984 the Boynton Beach City Council considered a request for annexation for a parcel of land adjacent to the property which you own on Hypoluxo Road, as noted on the attached location map. As a part of this request for annexation, the Council was advised that your property would become a one- ownership, County pocket; that is, the municipal limits would border your property on three sides if this annexation request is eventually approved. In this regard, the City Council instructed me to contact you and to solicit your interest in annexing to the City at this time. Annexation of your property would close an unincorporated County pocket and provide you with the benefits of municipal services. If, in concept, this request meets with your approval, please contact me' at your convenience so that we may discuss at greater length the bene- fits of annexation.
