Beach Blvd. CITY of BOYNTON BEACH Mr. Bruce Hatfield, President Homeowners Association, Lakes of Tara 138 Tara Lakes Drive Boynton Beach, Florida 33436 Dear Mr. Hatfield, It has come to the attention of the City that the Homeowners Association of Lakes of Tara have agreed, in certain instances, to allow residents to extend their fences into common areas. Although your group may feel these land-use decisions represent a logical overall improvement to your community, it is imperative to legitimize your decision by submitting a modification to your approved master plan through the City of Boynton Beach Planning Department. Presently, I have found two home sites to be in violation for extending their fences into the common areas. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
