LEGAL APPROVAL EASEHENT THIS INDENTURE made this 1st day of June, A.D., 1993, by B & R Moore. Inc. a corporation existinq under the laws of the State of Florida. and having its principal place of business at 925 N. Federal Hwv, first party, to the city of Boynton Beach, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, second party: (Wherever used herein, the terms, "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
