Dear Mr. Moore:
This is to advise you that on May 18, 1993, the City Commission of
Boynton Beach approved the abandonment of 105 feet of alley at the
west side of 925 North Federal Highway.
The approval of this abandonment have in the conditions:
1. The filing of a 20 foot easement for utilities over the
abandoned alley.
As I indicated to you at the meeting, we are now in the process of
preparing the easement documents. We will contact you as soon as
they are completed for your signature.

The abanaonment at 925 N. Federal Highway can be made undor
the tollowing conditions:
1. Existing telephone taoilities will remain in place
until such time that Southern Bell relocat.. to an
easement provi4ed in condition 2.
2. Provide a 10' wide eGsement that is the westerly 10' of
the 20' alley to be abandoned.
