PROJECT: LOCATION: DESCRIPTION: East side of Lawrence Road, approximately 1,750 feet north of Gateway Boulevard. Request to amend the previously approved master plan to reduce the width of lots 22 and 23 from 55 feet to 51 feet; reduce the non- zero line side building setback from 15 feet to 11 feet; reduce the rear pool setback on lot 32 from 8 feet to 7 feet and reduce the rear screen enclosure setback on lot 32 from 6 feet to 5 feet. Request to amend the previously approved master plan to increase the total square footage 27,520 square feet from 186,130 square feet to 213,650 square feet; add an ingress/egress onto Old Boynton road, change the size and configuration of the main two bui ldings ; omit a 5, 000 square foot leased outparcel bank building and replace it with an 8,000 square foot leased outparcel video store and reduce the size of the leased outparcel restaurant building from 7,500 to 5,000 square feet. PROJECT: Healing for the Nations Church Page 2 Planning and Zoning Department Memorandum No. 96-218 Administration TRC LOCATION: West side of Seacrest Boulevard, approximately 335 feet north of Mission Hill Road DESCRIPTION: Request to approve the site plan for a 4928 square foot church located on a 2.006 acre lot. Conditional Use: 4 . PROJECT: Riverwalk Shopping Center F.K.A. Causeway Shopping Center LOCATION: Southwest corner of U.S. No.1 and Woolbright Road DESCRIPTION: Request for conditional use approval to add a drive - through window to the Walgreen's drug store, a new 4,115 square foot restaurant on a leased outparcel, 7,300 square feet to the east end of the shopping center; demolish 10,294 square feet from the center and 736 square feet from the north side of the shopping center to replace with parking; and modify the existing driveways and parking layout. NOTE: As stated in Planning and Zoning Memorandum No. 96-224 and 96-229, written comments for item B 3 and 4, are to be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Director no later than 5:00 P.M. on May 13, 1996. 4.
