Pre-application meeting with checklist.
Names of Participants: (staff initials
Application submitted to Doris, she makes sure that
it is complete.
Twelve sets of the proposed site plan.
File established, given a number and logged in.
Letter sent to applicant signifying application
is complete.
Proposed subdivision scheduled for the next available
TRC meeting. Copied sent to all affected City
Departments with date in which comments are to be
submitted to the Planning Department.
Doris will call all Departments asking for their
comments prior to the TRC meeting.
TRC meeting held. Planning department asks for
amendments to proposed subdivision as a result of
the meeting.
Form leter and review comments go to applicant with
schedule of deadlines for meetings needed for
approval. Applicant has ninety (90) days to submit
final application.
Applicant submits twelve (12) complete sets of the
final plan based on comments from the TRC meeting.
Copies of final amended plan submitted to City
Departments for their review, approving or rejecting
the amended plan.
Staff reports and comments of Departments forwarded
to applicant and the applicant notified of meetings
in which the project will be heard.
Signs posted, abutters notified and final plan
submitted to Planning and Development (P & D) Board
for approval.
P & D Board recommends approval or denial to City
Commission.
Ci ty Commission approves, denies or defers final plan.
