RIDER TO SITE PLAN APPLICATION
The undersigned as applicant for Final Site Plan Approval does
hereby acknowledge, represent and agree that all plans,
specifications, drawings, engineering, and other data
submi tted with this application for review by the City of
Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the various boards,
commissions, staff personnel and other parties designated,
appointed or employed by the city of Boynton beach, and any
such party reviewing the same shall rely upon the accuracy
thereof, and any change in any item submitted shall be deemed
material and substantial.
The undersigned hereby agrees that all plans,
specifications, drawings, engineering and other data which may
be approved by the City of Boynton Beach, or its boards,
commissions, staff or designees shall be constructed in strict
compliance with the form in which they are approved, and any
change to the same shall be deemed material and shall place
the applicant in violation of this application and all
approvals and permits which may be granted.
The applicant agrees to allowing the City of Boynton
Beach all rights and remedies as provided for by the
applicable codes and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach
to bring any violation into compliance, and the applicant
shall indemnify, reimburse and save the City of Boynton Beach
harmless from any cost, expense, claim, liability or any
action which may arise due to their enforcement of the same.

Gentlemen:
The following is a report of the soil investigation for the
proposed structure on the above referenced site. The testing is
in accordance with accepted Engineering practice and paragraph
1804.2. 7 .2 of the Footings and Foundations Code of Palm Beach
County.
A total of One Standard Penetration Test was advanced at natural
grade to the depth and at the location as noted on the attached
boring log.
As can be seen from the attached boring log, the majority of the
foundation soils consists of a Brown and Grey Medium Fine Sand
underlain by deposits of organic material (Muck).
The water table was noted as occurring approximately 4'-4~ ' feet
below the existing ground elevation immediately upon completion of
borings.
Based on the "blow count" of the Split Spoon Sampler, the founda-
tion soils are generally in a " Loose" state of relative density.
Due to the relative density of the foundation soils, the following
recommendations are made to achieve a minimum bearing value of
2,500#/FT.2.
1. A test pit will be required at the Southwest Corner and
Center of the proposed building pad area to a depth
sufficient to remove the organic material in its
entirety from the building pad area. (The building
pad area is defined as an area a minimum of five
feet beyond the proposed building lines.).

3. Upon approval, 2' feet of backfill may be placed as
a working platform.
4. At this elevation, apply a vibratory compactor using
a "Vibratow III" or equivalent with a minimum of
four passes. The compactor used should be one that
will increase the density of the soil 5' feet below
point of application.
5. Upon approval, using a clean suitable fill material,
fill the building pad area in one-foot lifts to the
finished pad elevation using the same compactive
effort as noted above.
6. Test the completed building pad area with densities
to ensure a minimum of 95% of the modified proctor.
Following the above procedures, a minimum soil bearing value of
2, 500#/FT. 2 can be anticipated for the proposed structure. This
value is based on a footing width of 16" to 36" with the bottom of
footing located a minimum of 8" to 24" below the finished pad
elevation or standard monolithic slab construction.

Gentlemen:
The following lS a report of the soil investigation for the
proposed structure on the above referenced site. The testing is
In accordance with accepted Engineering practice and paragraph
1804.2.7.2 of the Footings and Foundations Code of Palm Beach
County.
A total of One Standard Penetration Test was advanced at natural
grade to the depth and at the location as noted on the attached
boring logs.
As can be seen from the attached boring log, the majority of the
foundation soils consists of Brown and Grey Medium Fine Sand,
trace of roots.
The water table was noted as occurring approximately 3~-4' feet
below existing ground elevation immediately upon completion of
borings.
Based on the "blow count" of the

2. At this elevation, apply a vibratory compactor
using a "Vibratow III" or equivalent with a
minimum of four passes.
3. If required using a clean, suitable fill material,
fill the building pad area in one-foot lifts to
the finished pad elevation using the same compac-
tive effort as noted above.
4. Test the completed building pad area to ensure a
minimum density of 95% of the modified proctor.
Following the above procedures, a minimum soil bearing value of

Note should be made that this investigation may not depict
variations that possibly exist intermediate of the attached boring
locations or in untested areas of the property. Should variations
become evident, this office must be contacted to re-evaluate our
recommendations based upon on-site inspection and/or testing of
the variant conditions.
It shall be the responsibility of the owner or contractor to maln-
tain the building pad in a manner that will preclude soil
erosion.
Note should be made that "proper consideration by the owner or
contractor shall be given for the protection of the adjoining
buildings and properties, prior to the commencement of work."
