The City Commission having considered the relief sought by the applicant and heard testimony from the applicant, members of city administrative staff and the public finds as follows: 1. Chapter 3, Article IV, Section 3 (P) of the Land Development X Regulations requires a statement be included that utilities are available and will be provided by appropriate agencies. Note on the plans the proposed increase, if any, in hourly and daily trips X at the intersection of Woolbright Road and Corporate Drive. ENGINEERING DIVISION .,. Comments: 3. Extend the accessible route to the accessible entrances to all the tenants proposed for buildings A, B, C, D, E and F. Also, identify the width of the route.
