RIDER TO SITE PLAN APPLICATION
The undersigned as applicant for Final Si te Plan Approval does here
acknowledge, represent and agree that all plans, specifications, drawing
engineering, and other data submitted with this application for review by t
City of Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the various boards, commission
staff personnel and other parties designated, appointed or employed by t
City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall rely up
the accuracy thereof, and any change in any item submitted shall be deem
material and substantial.

DRAINAGE STATEMENT
Boynton Commerce Center II
Boynton Beach
SITE DATA
The subject parcel is located approximately 800 feet south of
Woolbright Road and bounded on the east and west by the CSX
railroad and the Lake Worth Drainage District E-4 canal
respectively. The proposed development phase is an unimproved
parcel containing approximately 18.5 acres~. The overall
development wi thin the South Florida Water Management District
permit contains approximately 36.2 acres and is partially
developed.
The site is located in the Lake Worth Drainage District and is in
the South Florida Water Management District L-15 drain basin. For
additional site data see the site plan by Donahue and Company, Inc.
SITE DRAINAGE
The subject site has been previously permitted by South Florida
Water Management District under Surface Water Management Permit No.
50-01091-S.
The storm water detention area and control structure and outfall to
the E-4 canal are existing and the drainage from the existing
development is directed to the detention area.
Proposed drainage will consist of paved and grass swales and storm
sewers, directing the runoff to the existing wet detention area,
discharging to the Lake Worth Drainage District E-4 canal.
It is proposed that the existing wet detention area and the
adjacent Lake Worth Drainage District right of way be cleaned and
regraded to design slopes.
Drainage design is to address the following:
1. Drainage to be in accordance with the existing South Florida
Water Management District permit and approved modifications.
2. On-site retention of the 3 year, 1 hour rainfall event.
3. No runoff to leave the site, except through an approved
control structure up to the level produced by the 25 year, 3
day rainfall event.
