ABANDONING A TWENTY (20) FOOT WIDE
ALLEY; SAID PROPERTY BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DISCLAIMER FOR SAID ALLEY;
PROVIDING THAT THE ATTACHED DISCLAIMER
BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF

of this. He said it is still in "limbo."
There is a for sale sign on the property.
Chris said it is now up to the applicant.
He didn't believe this had come to a
lawsuit. I asked Rosemarie S. and Dot Koch
and the City has not been sued to date.
