RE: Enterprise Rent A Car
Dear Ms. Heyden:
The undersigned represents Harry Hamilton, Trustee, the owner of the property located at 1009
North Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Florida, in reference to the Application for Approval
of Enterprise Rent A Car, File No. ABAN-97-002.
In the approval of the Enterprise Rent A Car project the following condition was required under
"Planning and Zoning Comments" No.2, "Prior to approval of the Utility Abandonment
Resolution, provide a letter from the F. E. C. forfeiting their rights to purchase the Western half
(1/2) of the abandoned right-of-way.". I have discussed the necessity of the above condition
with Mike Pawe1czyk in the City Attorney's office and Jerzy Lewicki in your office, and based
upon further investigation of the matter the three of us have agreed that the above condition is
unnecessary. Therefore, I would appreciate your placing an item on the Consent Agenda to have
the above Condition removed at your earliest convenience.
