Official Zoning Map for the City of Boynton Beach.
The current occupational licenses for this address continue to be permitted uses in the
PCD zoning district according to the City of Boynton Beach Zoning Code. Our record
shows that said property complies with these district zoning regulations. Furthermore
there are no pending rezoning applications or other proceedings to date, which would
affect the zoning classification of the project.

Gentlemen:
In response to your request concerning the compliance with applicable codes on the Project,
regulations and ordinances, please be advised as follows:
i. The Planning and Zoning Department for the City of Boynton Beach is responsible for (a)
enforcement of building codes, zoning ordinances and similar code or ordinances related to
commercial development in the County of Palm Beach and the State of Florida and (b)
responsible for the issuance or certificates of occupancy in the County of Palm Beach and the
State of Florida.
ii. Certificates of Occupancy have been issued and are in effect for the Project and we are not
aware of any circumstances which would render the certificates of occupancy invalid or cause
them to be revoked. A copy of such certificates of occupancy for the Project are attached
hereto as Exhibit A;
iii. The Project is zoned Planned Commercial Development (PCD), under the laws or ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, which zoning is proper for the use of an office building and
related amenities comprising the Project, and accordingly, the Project is a conforming use and a
copy of the PCD section of the Boynton Beach zoning code is attached hereto as Exhibit B; and
iv. As a condition to the issuance of the certificates of occupancy in the City of Boynton Beach,
County of Palm Beach and State of Florida (the "Authority"), the Project currently complied
with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to zoning, land use, parking and is in
compliance with applicable building a..l1d fire codes.
v. A current search of the Authority's applicable records indicates that there are no pending
violations of any applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations or ordinances described in paragraph
iv. above and there are no pending rezoning applications, hearings, cases, appeals or other
proceedings which could affect the zoning classification of the Project.

We have enclosed ten copies of the project brochure which shows the yellow
and white office awnings as requested. Also enclosed is our only photograph
(from October 1988 at the time of building C.O.) which shows the awnings
with the two colors as they were originally installed. We have contacted the
tenants in the building regarding this matter and anticipate having several
letters of support. We will have these letters sent directly to your attention.
We understand that we are scheduled September 9th for the Planning and
Zoning meeting and that we will receive a copy of the status report prior to

Permit No. 97-3232
Dear Tambri:
We are writing to you with respect to the Building Department's Permit No.
97-3232 for the replacement of the awnings at Cross Creek Center. A copy
of the building permit issued on July 24, 1997 is enclosed. We understand
that the planning & zoning department had also reviewed our awning
replacement application which included the yellow and white pattern for the
office building which is in accordance with the original architectural plans
approved for the project. We have also enclosed the original architectural
exterior finishes page from the permit (showing the yellow and white) which
has an approval stamp from the Building Department and initials from Planning
and Zoning at the bottom of the page.
This letter shall confirm our administrative appeal application so that the
office awnings can be replaced with the original yellow and white pattern as
designed by the architect. It is import,;mt to note that the awnings on the
retail building are the same yellow that will be used for the office building.
There is also a yellow awning existing on the office building which is set
horizontally between the two courtyard awnings. The use of the same color
on both buildings will improve the design compatibility and unity of appearance
for the project.
We have enclosed a check in the amount of $200.00 as required. Thank you
for your assistance and cooperation with regard to this matter.
