The Ti.tle Company has requested that an old 15' R.O.W. (not
shown on t~x maps) adjacent to and south of the north lot lines
of Lots 9, 10, 11, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28 and 29 be shown and
excluded from the plat. T.R.B. members were oognizant of
the change to the plat. This change is being made and when
the Title Company signs the plat document I will forward
same to the City Clerk.
Approval of the final plat including the.excavation and fill
(no material to be hauled off site) is recommended subject
to the Title Company's signature.
A proposed resolution is forwarded herewith.

regulations of the City of Boynton Beach, attached please
find six sets of the preliminary plat along with two sets
of construction plans together with a fee of $50.00
pursuant to the preliminary plat and construction plans
requirements for the above described PUD-PID.

As we have discussed this matter together in the past, and
as I have discussed it with both Carmen Annuziato and Perry
Cessna, hopefully we can proceed through the approval process
without any major stumbling blocks.
