The approval by the City I. nti tIes you to construct only the improvement's shown on the site plan. The site plan will be viewed procedurally as an as-built or record drawing. With respect to the two sets of plans bearing the Community Appearance Board stamp of approval, both sets must be . submitted to the Building Department along with other con- struction plans.
