Dear Mr. Leisinger:
Accompanying this letter you will find one copy of the site
plan which was approved by the City Council on Tuesday,
?ebruary 19, 1985 and two copies of the landscaping and
~lilding elevation plans bearing the stamp of approval of
he Community Appearance Board. The approval by the City
I. nti tIes you to construct only the improvement's shown on
the site plan. The site plan will be viewed procedurally
as an as-built or record drawing.
With respect to the two sets of plans bearing the Community
Appearance Board stamp of approval, both sets must be .
submitted to the Building Department along with other con-
struction plans.
