CEDAR RIDGE cONDOMINrm1S - SITE PLAN
In reference to the subject site plan, there are existing South
Florida Slash Pines on the property. In accordance with Ordinance
No. 81-21, Section 7-A-7, the developer should provide additional
information pertaining to these trees -
l. An accurate count of the total number of trees.
2. The number of trees to be removed.

3 . The number of trees remaining after clearing.
" 4 . The trees to be saved must be protected with a
wooden barrier before excavation (Section 7-A-15) .
5. The landscape plan must reflect an equal quantity
of newly planted trees to the number of existing
South Florida Slash Pine trees.
6. Landscape plan must reflect foundation landscape
plantings for the multi-family units in accordance
with Ordinance No. 81-22 Section 7-A-35L (pg. 11).
