HISTORY The Planning and Development Board has previously reviewed and approved both master plans and site plans for subject project, subject to staff comments. The City Commission and the Technical Review Committee have similarly reviewed and approved master plans and site plans. Developer Next Boynton Homes, Ltd. has submitted plat and construction documents to the City Engineer and to the Technical Review Committee and they have been found to be in substantial compliance with State and City regulations except the Property Owner Association documents have not been submitted and approved. RECOMMENDATION The City Engineer recommends that the Planning and Development Board accept the Developer's proffered fee in lieu of land dedication ($81,101.62); approve plat and construction documents for the Citrus Park PUD subject to compliance with outstanding staff comments; and submit an appropriate recommendation to the City Commission for placement on a City Commission agenda by the City Manager.
