City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances as described below (see attached
sheets if applicable). Please correct documents to comply with the comments
and resubmit two (2) corrected sets of plans to the Building Division.
Direct any questions to the reviewer named above. If a conference with the
reviewer is necessary, an appointment is recommended. To expedite the
process, changes may be made to the permit documents at the Building Division
by the applicant or his agent. (Proof of authorization is required of anyone
other than the design professional prior to making changes to signed and
sealed documents). Timely approval of your project is dependent upon your
prompt response to the comments.

PRELIMINARY PLAT - CITRUS PARK PUD
Attached please find five copies of plat documents and associated
construction documents for required improvements at subject
location.
HISTORY The Planning and Development Board has previously reviewed
and approved both master plans and site plans for subject project,
subject to staff comments. The City Commission and the Technical
Review Committee have similarly reviewed and approved master plans
and site plans.
Developer Next Boynton Homes, Ltd. has submitted plat and
construction documents to the City Engineer and to the Technical
Review Committee and they have been found to be in substantial
compliance with State and City regulations except the Property
Owner Association documents have not been submitted and approved.
RECOMMENDATION The City Engineer recommends that the Planning and
Development Board accept the Developer's proffered fee in lieu of
land dedication ($81,101.62); approve plat and construction
documents for the Citrus Park PUD subject to compliance with
outstanding staff comments; and submit an appropriate
recommendation to the City Commission for placement on a City
Commission agenda by the City Manager.
