City Engineer City of Boynton Beach 100 East Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, FL 33435 RE: Citrus Park P,U.D. - Recreation Fee Dear Mr. White, As I discussed with Vincent following the T.R.C. meeting, the amount of the recreation fee to be paid by the developer of Citrus Park is $39,872.97 per acre. This amount had been approved by the City Commission in March of 1990. The total fee in lieu of land recreation improvements should correspond to Tambri Hayden's records as follows: 113 units x 0.018 = 2.034 Ac. 2.034 Ac x $39,872.97 = $81,101.62 Enrico Rossi, P.E. Menendez Re: CITRUS GLEN CONNECTION TO STURROCK'S TRACT Dear Delfin: With respect to your request for our consent to allow and provide access through our development for emergency purposes to a future project in the property immediately south of us, we can state the following: 1. As you know we have a petition, on hold, to the City of Boynton Beach to modify our Master Plan to loop Citrus Avenue and eliminate its future connection to the south, in order to provide an. effective security system to Citrus Glen. 2. Although we have not made a final decision on how finally to proceed with our request, we will not object an emergency access between the two properties, if it is specifically designed not for regular public use. 3. We will not object a stabilized base and surface in the access easement proposed with the exception of a regular paved lane.
