To satisfy the utility Department, you must accommodate Mr.
Guidry's November 21, 1994 memo.
To satisfy us, you must satisfy our comments to date, which we
repeat for you as follows:

Art. VIII, Sec. 7.A.2).

Re: Citrus Park - Final Plat
Dear Mr. Wohlfarth:
We have forwarded final plat and construction documents for subject
project to affected departments and have asked for response by 5
p.m. Monday November 21 for possible review at the November 22 TRC
meeting. Though many of the documents were in our hands several
days ago, neither application nor fee was received until late on
November 15.
Please be reminded that if staff is unable to sign off at the
November 22 meeting, the review will carryover to the next
scheduled meeting (December 13, 1994). In order to be placed on a
City Commission agenda, the following events, at a minimum, must
have occurred;
1. Sign-off by all TRC members
2. Receipt of acceptable surety (based on Developer's
Engineer Estimate of Cost).
3. Payment of all remaining administrative costs.
We will forward departmental comments as they are received, but
suggest you call in late Monday to see if everyone has complied
with our request for comments

RE: Citrus Park P,U.D. - Recreation Fee
Dear Mr. White,
As I discussed with Vincent following the T.R.C. meeting, the amount of the recreation fee
to be paid by the developer of Citrus Park is $39,872.97 per acre. This amount had been
approved by the City Commission in March of 1990. The total fee in lieu of land recreation
improvements should correspond to Tambri Hayden's records as follows:
113 units x
0.018
= 2.034 Ac.
2.034 Ac x $39,872.97
= $81,101.62

Re: CITRUS GLEN CONNECTION TO STURROCK'S TRACT
Dear Delfin:
With respect to your request for our consent to allow and provide access
through our development for emergency purposes to a future project in
the property immediately south of us, we can state the following:
1. As you know we have a petition, on hold, to the City of
Boynton Beach to modify our Master Plan to loop Citrus
Avenue and eliminate its future connection to the south,
in order to provide an. effective security system to Citrus
Glen.
2. Although we have not made a final decision on how finally
to proceed with our request, we will not object an emergency
access between the two properties, if it is specifically
designed not for regular public use.
3. We will not object a stabilized base and surface in the
access easement proposed with the exception of a regular
paved lane.
Yours truly,
