The land has been cleared by city permit, and those trees to be salvaged were identified in the field in a joint inspection with you. 2. The identified trees, which were part of the original nursery's inventory, will be relocated at the appropriate time. 3. As you know, the site development plans call for approximately 1.5 feet of fill to be placed on the pads areas. It appears that this fill requirement makes it difficult to leave those identified trees in platted green areas or rear lot areas. Since the property is going to be developed by the purchaser, it would be better suited to have their representative retag all of the trees to be saved, and work out a plan that best meets the city and developer requirements. The maleluica trees located along the south property line were temporarily left as a dust barrier until earthwork is well underway, at which time they, along with all exotics, will be removed.
