The request was reviewed by the Planning and Development Board on December 13, 1994 and the City Cormnission on December 20, 1994. HeYden~ Planning and Zoning Department DATE: December 14, 1994 SUJBECT: Citrus Park PUD - CNTE #94-002 (Concurrency exemption and preliminary plat time extension) Please place the above-referenced request on the December 20, 1994 City Commission meeting agenda under Development Plans, Consent Agenda. DESCRIPTION: This is a request, submitted by Rafael Saladrigas of Val-Sal Investment company, Inc., for an additional six months (through June 4, 1995) for concurrency exemption and preliminary plat approval for Citrus Park PUD, located on the east side of Lawrence Road, approximately 1,750 feet north of Gateway Boulevard. The project will consist of 113, single-family detached, zero lot line units.
