Dear Mr Rencurrell:
Rafael Saladrigas of Val-Sal Investment Company, Inc., property
owner, requested a six month time extension (December 4, 1994 to
June 4, 1995) for concurrency exemption and to filing a final plat
for the previously approved 113 single family detached zero-lot
home project, titled Citrus Park PUD. The request was reviewed by
the Planning and Development Board on December 13, 1994 and the
City Cormnission on December 20, 1994. The outcome of their
deliberation is identified on the attached minutes from both
meetings.

(Concurrency exemption and preliminary plat time
extension)
Please place the above-referenced request on the December 20,
1994 City Commission meeting agenda under Development Plans,
Consent Agenda.
DESCRIPTION: This is a request, submitted by Rafael Saladrigas
of Val-Sal Investment company, Inc., for an additional six months
(through June 4, 1995) for concurrency exemption and preliminary
plat approval for Citrus Park PUD, located on the east side of
Lawrence Road, approximately 1,750 feet north of Gateway
Boulevard. The project will consist of 113, single-family
detached, zero lot line units.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Development Board unanimously
recommended approval of this six month time extension request,
subject to the attached staff comments (utilities Department
Memorandum No. 94-376 and Fire Department Memorandum No. 94-301).
