Rossi & Malavasi Engineers, Inc. 580 Village Boulevard, Suite 140 West Palm Beach, Fl 33409-l904 Re: Citrus Park Conditions of Approval Time Extension for Filing of Final Plat Documents Dear Mr. Rossi: The City of Boynton Beach, Florida is in receipt of a letter of notification, issued from your office specifying that Cheatham Construction would commence clearing and burning within a weeks time. This office greatly appreciates your most recent update but herein advises you that clearing, burning and leveling activities shall be limited solely to those composite stockpiles of sand, debris, fallen trees, etc., including the clearing of a 50' wide perimeter area along property boundaries. I would greatly appreciate it if you would address your immediate attention toward ensuring that Cheatham Construction does not clear the entire site, as until such time as final plat approval is rendered, no permits for clearing and grubbing shall be issued and therefore such construction activity is unauthorized. You compliance with City codes, relative to Chapter lO, Section lO-3, "Matter Occasioning Hurricane- Hazards", will surely help diminish the negative impacts to adjoining lands, reference airborne debris during hurricane conditions. . Should you require any additional information and/or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (407) 738-7487.
