NOTES:
1. An Applicant requesting review by the Technical Review
Committee shall contact the Planning & zoning Department regarding
the following:
a. type of submittal,
b. board review schedule,
c. submittal procedures,
d. fee,
e. application form, and
f. type and number of plans/documents that are required to be
submitted for review.
2. Unless otherwise noted on the Technical Review Committee
agenda, the meetings are held on the date identified above at 9:00
A. H. in conference Room "C" - located in the West Wing of City
Hall, adjacent to the planning & zoning Department.
3. A request by a City department to place an item for discussion
or a project for review on the Technical Review Committee agenda
shall be coordinated with the Director of the planning & Zoning
Department. All requests shall be submitted by the end of the work
day of the deadline date listed above. A request to place a
project for review on the agenda shall include transmitting to the
Planning & zoning Director twelve (12) complete sets of plans
and/or back-up material. The planning & zoning Department will
distribute the plans and exhibits to the TRC members at the time
the Technical Review Committee agenda is distributed. To properly
identify the project on the agenda, provide the following
information: the project name, owner and/or agent of the project,
location and/or address, brief description of the request and to
whom and when the comments and plans are to be submitted. Due to
the fact that all members of the Planning & Development Board and
the city commission receive a copy of the plans of each project
they review, it is imperative that all plans that require their
review be transmitted to the Planning & Zoning Department no later
than the day following the date the comments are, dUe.

Time Extension (concurrency exemption and preliminary
plat)
Please place the above-referenced item on the city Commission
agenda for January 13, 1994 under Development Plans, Non-Consent
Agenda.
DESCRIPTION: This is a request for a one year time extension to
Citrus Park PUD's concurrency exemption (all levels of service) and
to the preliminary plat approved March 20, 1990. Three time
extensions have been granted to date; the last one expired December
4, 1993. Approval of this request would extend the concurrency
exemption and the time-frame within which to file a final plat to
December 4, 1994.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Development Board, with a vote of
6-1, recommended approval of the requested extension, subject to
the comments within Utilities Department Memorandum #93-530.

FILING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONCURRENCY CERTIFICATION:
Citrus Park PUD - Requests a fourth time extension to concurrency
exemption (all levels of service) and preliminary plat (filing of final
plat). The last extension expired December 4, 1993.
EXEMPTION FROM PLATTING:
1. Max Developers, Inc., owners of the Boynton Beach Promenade, are
requesting an exception from platting as a result of the sale of
the Carney Bank building.
2. Joseph DeFeo, Jr. is requesting a waiver of plat to allow the
property shown and described on the attached survey be separated
from the Chan's Enterprises, Inc. property located at 3010 South
Federal Highway (Sun Wah Restaurant).
