CORRESPONDENCE July 5, 1989 M.S.M. Design Group 630 South Dixie Highway West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 Att: Delfin F. Menendez Re: CITRUS GLEN CONNECTION TO STURROCK'S TRACT Dear Delfin: With respect to your request for our consent to allow and provide access through our development for emergency purposes to a future project in the property immediately south of us, we can state the following: 1. As you know we have a petition, on hold, to the City of Boynton Beach to modify our Master Plan to loop Citrua Avenue and eliminate its future connection to the south, in order to provide an effective security system to Citrus Glen. 2. Although we have not made a final decision on how finally to proceed with our request, we will not object an emergency access between the two properties, if it is specifically designed not for regular public use. 3. We will not object a stabilized base and surface in the access easement proposed with the exception of a regular paved lane. Yours truly, Felix Granados, Jr. General Partner CITRUS GLEN UMlTED PARTNERSHIP 8300 LAWRENCE ROAD, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA 33436 TEL.: (407) 734-9830
