SITE PLAN MODIFICATION - HUNTER'S RUN, TRACT J, "BRISTOL"
(ROOM ADDITION TO TYPE X UNITS)
Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following list of
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
city codes:
1. All drawings and/or documents submitted for public record
and prepared by a design professional, shall show original
legible raised seal and signature of a Florida registered
design professional responsible for the drawings/documents.
2. Indicate on the plan the use of the existing rooms adjacent
to the addition and specify the use of the room(s) shown in
the new addition.
3. The elevation drawing(s) submitted with the plans for final
sign-off are required to have the color of each exterior
finish material identified by name, color number and
manufacturer's name. A manufacturer's color chart showing
and identifying the proposed color(s) is required to be
submitted with the plans for final sign-off.
4. Identify on the Site Plan drawing within "General Notes
#18," the type of units where the proposed addition(s) will
be located.
5. Specify the width and type of easements shown on the site
plan.
6. If the landscape material shown is new, provide the plant
quality and size specifications consistent with the
requirements of the landscape code. If the material is
eXisting and proposed to be relocated as shown, state same
on the plans.
7. Show within the typical detail drawings of the different
units the proposed addition to unit type X and label same
within the accompanying notes.
In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following
information should be included with your documents submitted to
the Building Department for required permits:
1. The location and construction of the addition(s) are subject
to the constraints of all easements.
2. All work must comply with the standard Building Code, 1988
Edition and all subsequent adopted codes.

We can approve this project, subject to the following conditions:
Changed use of existing rooms and proposed use of
future rooms must be identified on the plan. A
change in the total number of bedrooms will require
the payment of additional impact fees prior to issuance
of permit.
