Upon review of the above'mentionedproject, the following list of
comments have been provided as a courtesy with the applicant's
full knowledge,that there will be a full review made when the
project's ,site plan is placed on a Technical Review Board agenda:
1. All drawings and/or documents, submitted for pub~ic record
and prepared by a design professional, shall show original
raised ,seal and signature of a Florida registered design
'professional responsible for the drawings.
2. Provide detailed drawings identifying proposed
construction.

In accordance with Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 19, Section
19-17 (k) "Technical Data and Engineering Infonnation ", the applicant for
the above project shall subnit the following technical data, infonnation
and plan corrections:'
1. Provide diJrensions and elevations including a cross-section of the
paverrent area. Indicate type of materials to be utilized in construc-
tion of this facility along with associated material standards and
specifications.

(Golf Cart Staging)
We can approve this project, subject to the following conditions:
1. Only those tree species approved by the Utilities Department
may be placed in utility easements.
2. Please show location of existing sanitary sewers on the
plans. Brick paved surfaces are not allowed over this
utility. Please contact this Utilities Department to field
locate these facilities so they can be accurately shown on
the plans.

Administrative Site Plan Modification (golf cart area)
Dear Mr. Kahn:
Please be advised of the fOllowing Planning Department comments
with respect to the above-referenced request for an administra-
tive site plan modification. These comments, as well as the
attached comments from other departments, will need to be
addressed on revised copies of the drawings submitted for review,
prior to applying for a permit. This procedure is detailed on
the attached letter of approval from the Planning Department:
1. This request requires compliance with the Landscape Code
(Chapter 7.5, Artic~e II, Section 7.5-34), therefore a
landscape plan must be submitted.
2. The civil engineering drawings referenced on. the site plan
must be provided. They shall include an asphalt
construction detail[ a typical space layout detail for those
spaces proposed on the asphalt surface and information on
how the new paved areas will drain storm water.
3. since the existing conditions are superimposed over the new
pavement design making it hard to read, add a note to the
plans that the area of new construction does not include
existing, required car parking spaces.
5. Future site plan review will be required for the terrace
addition. This addition will require additional car parking
spaces .if a sufficient surplus does no;-,already exist. '

Please be advised that the above-referenced request has been
resubmitted and is still scheduled for administrative review at
the July 26, 1990 TRB meeting. This request was postponed at the
May 1, 1~90 TRB meeting, due to the 'submittal of incomplete
information relati~e to existing conditions, number of parkin~
spaces, landscaping, etc., until the applicant could submit.
additional information. Despite the fact that a paving permit
has been granted, these issues remain unresolved. The
resubmitted information will be discussed at the next TRB meeting
with respect to these outstanding items.
