Upon review of the above referenced project, the following
comment must be addressed:
If the existing handicapped parking spaces are to be used
for golf cart garages, the same amount of handicapped
parking spaces must be provided elsewhere in order to comply
with the code.

We can approve this project, subject to the following conditions.
Proposed location of garage at building #32 is in a utility
easement. We suggest relocation to west lot. If any cart
garage locations move because of other comments, then the
Utility Department must review prior to approval.

SITE PLAN MODIFICATION - HUNTER'S RUN, -TRACT A,n SOUTHPORT
(golf cart garages occupying surplus parking spaces)
Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following list of
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
City Codes:
1. The elevation drawing(s) submitted with the plans for final
sign-off are required to have the color of each exterior
finish material identified by name, color number and
manufacturer's name. A manufacturer's color chart showing
and identifying the proposed color(s) is required to be
submitted with the plans for final sign-off.
2. Identify on the plans the scale used to create the drawings
and the name of the person who drew the plans and the
associated date. All drawings and/or documents submitted for
public record and prepared by a design professional shall
show original legible raised seal and signature of a Florida
registered design professional responsible for the
drawings/documents.

1. Planning and Zoning has determined that the work shown on documents submitted with permit
application is a minor site plan modification. The fee associated with the minor site plan modification is
$100.00 (Resolution #95-45). The fee is payable to the City of Boynton Beach and is due in the Planning
and Zoning Division of Development Services Department. Planning and Zoning will not sign off the permit
documents prior to payment. In order to facilitate the approval of your request present this comment sheet
or copy to Planning and Zoning staff when paying for review fee.
2. Provide letter from Hunters Run Homeowner's Association approving work.
