On January 5, 1998 a meeting was held at the residence of

with the principals of the above mentioned project and the

The concerns of these citizens were as follows:
(1) They would prefer to have the percolation ponds
on the east end of the project, which would entail
flipping the site plan to accommodate.
(2) The black chain link fence to be concealed by a 4 ft
high hedge on the

(3) The responsibility of the relief of the storm water

June 1, 1990 will be subject to the City's Concurrency Management Ordinance, and cannot be approved unless public facilities
(potable water, sanitary sewer, drainage, solid waste, recreation, park, and road facilities) would be available to serve the
project, consistent with the levels of service which are adopted in the City's Comprehensive Plan:

Applications for subdivision master plan approval.

Applications for final plat approval.
Applications for rezoning to planned zoning districts.
Applications for revisions to any of the applications listed above, which would increase the demand for any public

Any other application which, in and by itself, would establish the density or intensity of use of land, or a maximum
density or intensity of use of land.

fee adopted by resolution by the City Commission.

Yvonne Ziel Traffic Consultants, Inc. was retained to prepare a trip generation analysis for a
proposed ACLF project to be located east of Congress Avenue along Golf Road at SW 13 Street in
the City of Boynton Beach. The ACLF will have 54 units (51,481 square feet).
Please find enclosed Tables 1 and 2, which provide the trip generation rates used and the trips
generated by the proposed project. The 54 ACLF units will generate 116 daily trips. Since the daily
trips generated are below 200, according to the Palm Beach Countywide Traffic Performance
Standards Section 15.(1) G, Subsection 1.(CX2), a complete traffic study is not required. Please call
