The ACLF will have 54 units (51,481 square feet). Please find enclosed Tables 1 and 2, which provide the trip generation rates used and the trips generated by the proposed project. The 54 ACLF units will generate 116 daily trips. Since the daily trips generated are below 200, according to the Palm Beach Countywide Traffic Performance Standards Section 15.(1) G, Subsection 1.(CX2), a complete traffic study is not required.
