The Capitol Professional Center PCD is located at the southeast corner of Old Boynton Road and Knuth Road and consists of two 33,000 square foot general office buildings for a total of 66,000 square feet. It should be noted that pursuant to the City's Concurrency Management Ordinance (Ord. No. 90-18), the Capitol Professional Center PCD is not exempt from the concurrency requirements. Thus, the project will be reviewed for compliance with the drainage and traffic level of service standards when a site plan and/or plat approval is applied for.
