SUBJECT:
Hunter's Run - Sutton Place
Lot 23, easement encroachment
After reviewing the location of our utilities within the easement
adjacent to Lot 23, and discussing this matter with Mr. /
Culverhouse the site developer, we have no objection to approval
of a 2 - foot overhang from the building into the easement.
The builder has agree to relocate the air conditioner and all
other surface structures out of the easement.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. If you
have any additional questions, please refer them to Peter
Mazzella of this office.
