Mr. Annunziato,
This is a request to change the set back requirements for Clover
Bend, located in the Meadows (Meadows 300, PUD, Block C) for hard
roof screen enclosures.
The request is to change the set back from 15ft to 10ft. This
request is to specify 10 feet for rear setback for hard roof screen
enclosures. This change is noted in the six copies of the Master
Plan blueprints provided.
Please take note that I am the acting agent for the 300 Property
Association in this matter. I have enclosed the approval letter
from the 300 Property Association verifying this request.
I will be responsible for all correspondence and fees accrued.
