A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING MEADOWS PARK, A REPLAT OF TRACT "E:J
_PLAT NO.3_IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST
WHEREAS, the final plat of Meadows Park has been
submitted for approval, and,
WHEREAS, the performance bonds by Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland in the amounts of $604,958.00 for Site
Improvements and $69,770.00 for Sidewalks and Sod are being held
to insure that required improvements are installed, campleted and
paid for in accordance with applicable requirements, and the
administration fee of $12,267.80 received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
Cm'll'HSSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat for Meadows Park is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon
and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
