Gentlemen:
As per your request we have inspected and tested stockpiles
existing at The Meadows Tract liE"; Boynton Beach, Florida.
Based on our visual inspection and laboratory analysis these
stockpiles are contaminated by excessive amounts of organic
material. These materials are unsuitable for building pad
and/or roadway construction.
If you have any questions concerning this report, please feel
free to contact our office.

Gentlemen,
Please accept this letter as a request for a Master Plan
Modification. Wilshire Corporation proposes to reclasify Tract
"E" to Single Family (4 units per acre) at the Meadows 300 located
at Hypoluxo and Congress Avenue. Attached is Exhibit "A" which
describes the impact of this change. Note, however, that the
Dens ity of Tract II P has been reduced by 25 dens ity units.
Enclosed is a check for the Review Fee of $200.00 and 6 copies of
the proposed Master Plan that will accompany this request.
