Based on our visual inspection and laboratory analysis these stockpiles are contaminated by excessive amounts of organic material. Wilshire Corporation proposes to reclasify Tract "E" to Single Family (4 units per acre) at the Meadows 300 located at Hypoluxo and Congress Avenue. Attached is Exhibit "A" which describes the impact of this change. Note, however, that the Dens ity of Tract II P has been reduced by 25 dens ity units. Enclosed is a check for the Review Fee of $200.00 and 6 copies of the proposed Master Plan that will accompany this request. Thank you for your consideration concerning this request.
