Dear Mr. Golden:
Per our conversation, this office is preparing a feasability study
for our Client, Ryan Homes, who wishes to purchase the above referenced
properties.
Per the request of my Client, I would appreciate a letter from your
department indicating that the development of 61 single family for Tract K
and 84 single family for Tract L is acceptable in terms of the present
zoning and density requirements as approved by the City.
The legal descriptions for these two properties are attached. Should
you need additional information or have any questions, please feel free
to call. Any expediency in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Master Plan Modification
Shift of Density Units
Gentlemen:
Please accept this letter as a request for a Master Plan Modification.
Wilshire Corporation proposes to shift units from Tracts Land K into
Tract G at the Meadows 300 located at Hypoluxo and Congress Avenue.
Attached is Exhibit "A" which describes the impact of this change.
Note, however, that the Total Density of the planned unit development
does not change.
Enclosed is a check for the Review Fee of $200.00 and 6 copies of the
proposed Master Plan will accompany this request.
