Re: Ryan Homes: Lakeshore at the Meadows and Heatherlake
at the Meadows
Dear Peter:
As you may recall, I represent Ryan Homes in connection with the
above-captioned project. Because of the proximi ty of the two proj~cts
and the simil ar nature and development pI an of both proj ects, Ryan intends
that there be one Master Homeowners' Association and one Master Declaration
of Protective Covenants governing both subdivisions. This arrangement
is also made more attractive by the fact that Ryan has always intended
for the pool and tot lot located within the "Lakeshore" development to
be util ized by both Lakeshore and Hea therlake residents.
I am writing to request what steps, if any, must be taken in the
way of Ci ty approval in order for Ryan to proceed under this scenario.
As you probably know, the proposed Declaration for Lakeshore included
within its terms a provision for the annexation of Heatherlake as Phase
II of the Lakeshore proj ect.
In the event my cl ient is not requi red to take any further aff irmative
action other than to record a Joinder document so as to commit the
Heatherlake property to the terms of the Master Declaration, please so
advi se.
Your anticipated cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
