SIDEWALK VARIANCE
Attached is an application from Mineo Properties, Inc. for a
waiver of a sidewalk requirement at 1020, 1040, 1060 and 1081
N.W. 5th Avenue. Please place this on the next Technical Review
Committee agenda.
I have discussed this item with Vince Finizio and he will be in
contact with Palm Beach County in reference to the portion of the
property behind lot 22 that borders on Old Boynton Road (a County
road). N.W. 8th Court is a City street.
