Inc., pursuant to the Traffic Performance Standards in Article 15 of the Palm Beach County Land Development Code. The project is in the Boynton Commerce Center. It will consist of 35,715 square feet of warehouse and will generate 174 daily trips. Boynton Commerce Center is identified on the City's list of Previous Approvals as being approved for 358,490 square feet of industrial and 249,600 square feet of office. Based on the assumption that these approval limits have not been exceeded, the Traffic Division has determined that the project meets the Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County.
