Re: Meadows 300 P. U. D., Revisions to master plan on
parcels "H" & "N"
Dear Mr. Annunziato,
On behalf of C & H Properties, I herewith request the City's
consideration of a minor master plan amendment as set forth
below. Our check in the amount of $50 as filing fee and six
copies of the revised plan are attached.
We are simply requesting that 121 units approved on Parcel
"H" be transferred to Parcel "N". The result of this change
is that both par.cels will be restricted to a maximum height
of two stories and each will have a net density of less than
eleven units per acre. Specifically, the changes are as
follows:
ACRES
UNITS BEFORE
UNITS AFTER
PARCEL
"N"
23.0
35.9
361 (15.7)
256 ( 7.1)
240 (10.4)
377 (10.5)
"H"
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please
feel free to call.

Re: Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for
Bay tree (formerly referred to as The Meadows 300 -
Block B)
Maintenance Eastments for Zero Lot Line Wall
Dear Mr. Levine:
This letter is in response to your letter to me of
August 8, 1983. I have reviewed the proposed Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions for Bay tree as they apply to the
above referenced matter, and have no legal objection to the same
so long as each deed to individual grantees makes reference to
the Declaration and so long as the covenants and restrictions
run with the land. I do not feel that these maintenance easements
will present any problem in obtaining building permits from the
City; however, a determination cannot be made on the same until
plans are submitted.
I hope this letter is of some assistance to you.
Please feel free to contact me if there are any other questions
concerning this matter.

City Manager

Dear Mr. Cheney:
Re: Requirement for Bike Paths
Adj acent to tleadows 300 P. U. D.
As you are aware, the original P.U.D. approval required an 8 ft. bike path to be
installed along Congress Avenue. Recently, Palm Beach County amended our original
agreement for participation in the construction of Congress Avenue and as a part of
that construction, substituted sidewalks for the forementioned bike paths.
We are desirous of using the area previously set aside for bike paths for berming
and landscaping as a visual screen to Congress Avenue.
Your confirmation of the acceptability of the elimination of the bike paths is here-
by requested so that we may commence this work immediately.
I have been advised by my consultant, Mr. Julian Bryan, that we are already on your
City Council Agenda for another item on this day, May 17th, 1983, and would very
much appreciate it, if possible, having the opportunity to disclosure this item at
the same time.
Thank you very much for your attention and consideration.
