This is required to meet the advertising deadlines associated with a conditional use application. Also, to accommodate this project, the review time between application submittal and the TRC meeting has been condensed to approximately four weeks instead of the usual six week time frame. This action extends these approvals from May 5, 1999 to September 2, 1999. In order to comply with the requirements of the conditional use approval, a minimum of 25% of the project must be completed by September 2, 1999 or obtain a subsequent time extension. A subsequent time extension must be requested a minimum of 45 days prior to expiration, or by July 19, 1999. This request shall again be made to this office, initiated by a letter from the applicant/owner, and include the $400 application fee. Therefore your approval is valid until August 17, 1998. If, in the meantime, you will submit another application for conditional use approval for the same site and for the same number of beds, and if this application will be rejected by the City Commission, Planning and Zoning will include a condition of approval stating that your previous approval will remain in force until the date of its expiration (August 17, 1998). It is located on SW 19th Street, east of Congress Avenue. The project consists of a 48 bed ACLF. The project will generate 103 daily trips. The assumed build-out is 1999. The Traffic Division has determined that the project meets the requirements of the Palm Beach County Traffic Performance Standards.
