Regarding street lights along S.W. 26th Street in Quail Run between
Golf Road and Woolbright Road. Your remaining bond of $30,000
should be sufficient to pay for the installation of the remaining
street lights needed north of the Quail Run Recreation Area to
Woolbright Road.

Dear Mr. Clark:
Based upon our meeting this date, I have revised the
proposed Record Plat and the paving and grading plans related to
that portion of Tract "D" that was under water and economically
infeasible to fill.
The following changes have been instituted per our meeting:
Record Plat.
1. The submerged lands within the boundaries of Tract "D"
were redefined as Tract "W" and dedicated to the Quail
Run Master Association Inc. as a water management tract.
2. The littoral zone areas of the plat were defined as being
the perpetual maintenance obligation of the Quail Run
Master Association Inc.
Paving and Grading Plan
1. Sheet 4 of 9
a. Water Management Tract "W" was defined along with the
adjacent maintenance easement to clarify water
boundar ie's.
b. Soundings of water management Tract "W" were added to
reflect the infeasibility of backfilling said lands.
2. Sheet 5 of 9
a. Typical Lake/Outfall Section was modified to reflect
top of bank as being the same as property line.
I feel these modifications should alleviate the concerns
expressed by staff and with your approval we can proceed to the
next technical review board meeting and subsequent recording.

Dear John:
We have reviewed the drainage plans for the above referenced
development and do hereby approve of them for connection to our
facilities, subject to the following conditions:
At the time of installation a benchmark will be required on the
top of the water control structure(s) with the elevation cl~
defined.
Developer will reconstruct canal (s) to approved design section
along projects limits, including clearing and proper sloping
of the maintenance bermes.
( X ) Developer will obtain any and all permits required by DER/Arrny
Corps of Engineers, S.F.W.M.D., Palm Beach County and/or
any municipality that may be involved prior to the commencing
of any construction.
(X ) Developer will take all reasonable precautions necessary
to prevent turbidity or silting upstream or downstream
during construction.
Developer will contact the LWDD Inspection Department to
schedule inspections at least 48 hours in advance. Failure
to do so may result in rejection of the work until visual
inspection can be made. Work must be uncovered for inspection.
Developer must submit "record drawings" within Sixty (60) days
of receiving final approval. Drawings should show perimeter grading
at or above the design storm and control structure elevations.
(X ) The Lake Worth Drainage Di stri ct wi 11 not accept any water
from dewatering either on or offsite until written notification
of approval from S.F.W.M.D. has been submitted to this office.
Wh~re improvements are to be erected on lots or parcels contiguous
to Lake Worth Drainage District canals, developer shall install
