LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDERS (other than site plans) written comments (on legal sized paper), plans and/or documents to be returned within three (3) working days following the meeting, (Friday, April 29, 1994 at 5:00 p.m.), unless otherwise specified below. A. PRELIMINARY PLAT - First Revision 1. PROJECT: Quail Run Villas LOCATION: S.W. 26th street, between Woolbright Road and Golf Road (S.W. 23rd Avenue) DESCRIPTION: Request approval of the preliminary plat, development plans, landscaping plans and street lighting plans. NOTE: The City Engineer, that being Shalloway Engineers, will chair the meeting for the preliminary plat review. Please address all comments to the City Engineer.
