Permit plans shall be amended to comply with the final determination of your request and additional comments may be generated by staff following review for technical compliance of permit documents that are required to be submitted for development of the project. For your convenience, attached is a list of documents required for permit submittal. An approval of the site plan by the City Commission shall be valid for one (1) year, unless a building permit from the Building Department is secured.
