THE HOME DEPOT SHOPS OF WOOLBRIGHT MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT Dear Mr Rumpf, The Home Depot IS planning a major remodeling of the Interior of the store in Boynton Beach This will include moving the bulk goods (lumber, sheetrock, masonry block, etc ) to the Southern end of the store This will require installation of roll-up overhead doors at the front and rear of the store in line with the bulk goods storage area. ThiS improvement will facilitate smooth and safe Circulation inside and outSide the store by separating the bulk goods delivery and pick-up from the main store sales area. The eXisting roll-up overhead door at the front of the store will be removed and replaced with masonry block, stucco and pant to match the existing building These improvements will not require removal of any parking spaces at the front of the store At the rear of the store the current approved Site Plan, dated 2/16/99 calls for the removal of 15 parking spaces, thiS revision will require the removal of only 10 parking spaces By this letter, a minor site plan amendment IS requested to allow the installation of two roll-up overhead doors.
