Boynton Beach Boulevard Boynton Beach, FL 33435-0310 Re: HOME DEPOT - N.E. CORNER WOOLBRIGHT AND SW 8TH STREET REVISED SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL STANLEY CONSULTANTS PROJECT NO. 10336 Dear Jim: Enclosed is application and supportive documents for a revised site plan submittal on the Home Depot property. A rear overhead lumber door is required in the building which will require relocating approximately four (4) parking spaces. Additional parking is being proposed by adding eleven (11) spaces in the northeastern corner of the property. The surplus seven (7) spaces are being provided should the next phase of the shopping center's construction cause the loss of the ten (10) spaces currently shown along the north side of the Garden Center. Should this occur in the future, the Home Depot parking would still be in compliance with its total of five hundred sixteen (516) parking spaces.
