The changes included in this Master Plan are as follows: 1. A notation has been added to reference the buffer between Pod 1 and 2B, containing the criteria as approved by City Commission 9/20/94. 2. A notation has been added that the Pod 2A site plan approval is subject to payment of a Park Fee. 3. The revised property line indicates a 20' building setback and an 8' and 0' foot setback as it relates to the pool and dock, respectively. 4. A notation has been added that any landscaping shown on the Master Plan will comply with all city specifications or special resolutions adopted by the City in connection with this Master Plan or site plans submitted for development under this Master Plan. 5. A notation has been added that provides for amenity areas, as required, shall be located on all site plans submitted for approval. 6. LUI Data has been amended. 7. A Master Drainage Plan has been included per your request.
