Accompanying this memorandum you will find a copy of an Annexation
and Land Use Amendment/Rezoning request submitted by Pedro M. Diaz,
property owner. Two checks in the amount of $500 and $800 have
also been submitted to cover the review and processing of the
Annexation and Rezoning applications respectively. Also enclosed
is a cash payment in the amount of $3.30 to cover the cost of
postage for notification of the surrounding property owners.
The applicant has not yet submitted the following items: (1) site
plan, (2) water and sewage' projections, and (3) employment pro-
jections. These additional items will be forwarded to you upon

for annexation submitted by Pedro M. Diaz, property owner. Mr. Diaz
is proposing to annex a 1.18 acre tract of land located on the
north side of West Boynton Beach:Bou1evard, approximately 300 feet
east of Knuth Dairy Road (adjacent to the Singer tract). The
property is contiguous to the corporate limits along its entire
