RE: The Grove Shopping Center -
Site Plan Modification
Dear Mr. McIntyre:
Accompanying this letter you will find a copy of the site plan
which was approved by the City Council on Tuesday, July 15, 1986,
subject to staff eomments, copies of which are attached. Inclusive
in this approval was your request for shared parking. In addition
to the staff comments attached, the Council has required that you
pursue with the Department of Transportation and the Traffic
Engineer for Palm Beach County, the potential for providing a
southbound free right-turn lane from US 1 onto Old Dixie Highway.
You are also required to submit plans to provide for the miti-
gation of noise from the ground-mounted coolers to the rear of
the shopping center. After you have amended your plans to reflect
these stipulations, please have the appropriate Department Heads
initial the attached check-off sheet, prior to your submission to
the Building Department for permits.
The approval of the City entitles you to construct only the im-
provements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be viewed
procedurally as an as-built or record drawing.

With respect to the plans which you received at the July 14, 1986
Community Appearance Board Meeting which bear the Community
Appearance Board stamp of approval, two sets of these plans must
be submitted to the Building Department along with other
construction plans, for permitting purposes.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Yours very truly,
